Important Dates & Information for Enrolled Students:
Passports
- Please make sure that each student has a valid passport that expires 6 months after July 1, 2015 (January 1, 2016 or later)
- If you have not gotten a passport, please apply for one as soon as possible.
- Make 3 copies (in color) of your child’s passport – One stays at home, one that is kept in carry-on luggage and one that I will keep while travelling. If passports are lost abroad, it is much easier to work with embassies if a color copy can be provided to allow travel back in the states
Deadlines – March 12th (please complete the following by this date)
- This signifies 110 days prior to departure
- Anyone not on a monthly payment plan will need to pay their balance in full
- Any special travel requests need to be made by this date (this includes anything and everything outside of the itinerary and scheduled flights. If you are meeting your child in Zurich to extend the trip, or if they will be flying elsewhere afterwards, etc.). Contact EF customer service if this is the case
- There is a $150 fee plus any gate change fees if any changes are made
- There is a chance that the individual may not travel (flights only) with the rest of the group since EF will have to arrange a single ticket
- All students need to have their names and birth dates confirmed on the EF website as it appears exactly on their passport (must be exact or travel will not be permitted)
- One color copy of each students passport delivered to Mr. Winton in person or via email by this date as well
